At GVC Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. The 14-Day Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy. You have exactly 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unridden, and unused.

It must include all original tags, manuals, accessories, and components.

It must be returned in its original, intact packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Bicycles or parts that show any signs of use, assembly, or wear.

Gift cards.

Custom-built bikes or personalized items.

Items clearly marked as "Final Sale."
4. How to Initiate a Return

Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
