Thank you for choosing GVC Bikes. We are committed to delivering your new bicycle, parts, and gear safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping procedures below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major national holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our facility.
2. Domestic Shipping Only (USA)
At this time, GVC Bikes only ships within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping, and we cannot process or fulfill orders with shipping addresses outside of the US.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Because we frequently ship oversized items such as bicycles and large frames, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid, physical street address is required for all orders.
4. Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Standard transit times within the US generally range from 3 to 7 business days after the package leaves our warehouse. Please note that extreme weather or carrier network overloads may occasionally cause unforeseen delays.
5. Damaged Shipments
We package every item with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and take clear photographs of the damage. Contact us immediately at contact@gvcbikes.us so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or repair.
